1. Return Policy
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with tags intact. A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
Note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, or not returned in their original condition, will not be eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at either:

Include:
Your order number Reason for return Clear photos of the product (if applicable) and Unbox video ( Requred for Retun and Replacement )
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved: Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days. Replacement/Replacement delivery will be done within 5-7 Business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Note: The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: Custom or personalized products Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at checkout
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will either offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the issue.
